بدأت الحياة السياسية في اليمن في عام ١٩٩٠,بتوحيد شطري البلاد الشمالي والجنوبي وإعلان الجمهورية اليمنية في ٢٢ ايار(مايو)١٩٩٠ والتوجه نحو الديمقراطية و التعددية السياسية, الا ان الخبرة السياسية اليمنية القطرية أثبتت أن حكام الشطرين كثيرا ما أجلوا الديمقراطية وغيرها تحت شعار تحقيق الوحدة اليمنية أولا, وهم في الحقيقة المستفيدون وحدهم من دون الشعب, فلا الديمقراطية مورست, و لا الوحدة تحققت بشكل حقيقي.
و تنطلق الدراسة من فرضية ان التجربة اليمنية ابرزت واقعا جديدا بعد أحداث الربيع العربي الذي عصفت رياحه باليمن كغيرها من الدول العربية, ودخلت البلاد في ازمة سياسية تعددت اطرافها في الداخل و تباينت تحالفاتها في الخارج.
و لذلك تسعى الدراسة لإثبات ان الازمة في اليمن تعقدت بفعل التدخل الخارجي بدلا من حلها, و فرض تداعيات داخلية و خارجية على البلاد و المنطقة.
Abstract EN
Political life in Yemen began in 1990 with the unification of the tow parts of the country and the declaration of the Yemen Republic in 1990 and the trend towards democracy and political pluralism.
The truth is that the beneficiaries are the only ones without the people, as neither democracy has been practiced, nor has unity been truly achieved.
Since the 2011, Yemen has entered into a political crisis, with many parties at home and alliances abroad.
Therefore, the study seeks to prove that the crisis in Yemen has been complicated by external intervention instead of solving it, and the imposition of internal and external repercussions on the country and the region.
