مجلة العلوم الإنسانية: علمية محكمة-نصف سنوية يهدف البحث تشخيص ظاهرة العنف الانتخابي التي رافق الانتخابات التشريعية العراقية بعد احداث عام ٢٠٠٣ و متابعة تأثيراته على نتائجها و مآلات الوضع السياسي في العراق بشكل عام، اذ يشكل العنف بكل انواعه مهددا كبيرا" امام النشاطات الانسانية لأنه يحدد الحركة ويمنع النشاطات لا سيما السياسية منها، وهذا العنف ارتبط بالعنف السياسي الذي تظهر آثاره في البلدان الرخوة امنيا" و التي تشهد تحولات سياسية و انتقالات على الصعد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية، و العراق احد تلك البلدان الذي يشهد تحول ديمقراطي ترافقه تحديات امنية و اجتماعية وسياسية اثرت على نتائج هذه العملية و مخرجاتها، و العنف الانتخابي يعد من مصادر تلك التحديات .
Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the phenomena of electoral violence that accompanied Iraqi legislative elections following the 2003 events, and monitoring the influence of its findings on the political situation in Iraq is generally.
This violence has been related to political violence, the impacts of which can be seen in countries with low security and that are undergoing social, economic, and political transitions.
Iraq is one of the countries where a democratic transition was accompanied with security, social, and political difficulties, all of which influenced the process' outcomes.
One of the roots of these difficulties is electoral violence.
