The tranquility means confidence and not worry or fear, and since women in our Iraqi society have a social consideration and enjoy privacy, because the issue of housing is a very important issue, and for expose the woman to the threat of being left without housing, to preserve her dignity and take care of her family, the Iraqi legislator has put in place a set of legislation aimed at achieving reassurance for a married, widowed or divorced woman, and departure from the principles of Iraqi civil law.
