the influence of the ordinary judiciary has penetrated the joints of judicial institutions over the past years, as it is natural to find that the federal supreme court has faced great difficulties stemming from the political conflicts that accompanied the emergence of the political stage, and the importance of the constitutional judiciary in strengthening the rule of law and believing in its creative role in determining constitutional principles and recognizing his highness hierarchical at the top of the legal system, the effective constitution of the republic of Iraq approved the federal supreme court as a judicial body specialized in the constitutional judiciary, establishing the starting point and marking the beginning, so that the court's men must insist on expanding the tasks and consolidating the session through constructive jurisprudence and activating the experience, especially in the stagnation of the text, aware of the development of legal life and the judiciary, taking into account the role of the court in establishing an institutional foundation the constitution and the rule of law.
