considering that these rights are among the rights resulting from the intellectual and intellectual rights reached by the author, in addition to the fact that this attack takes place in the digital space, bearing in mind that the latter does not belong to a specific country or a governmental institution affiliated with a country, which results in a conflict of the laws of countries to rule the special international legal relationship, which entails the search for determining which of those conflicting laws is applicable.
