the international community has shown its growing interest in protecting cultural property after the conflicts and the war of terrorist groups in both Syria and Iraq by enacting laws and adding protocols to international conventions.

the effectiveness of the law will depend very much on the general acceptance of the world community and the direction of development in international humanitarian law on the protection of cultural property is appropriate because it is consistent with the fundamental values of humanity and multiculturalism.
