الأسلوب العادي الطبيعي لنهاية الدستور انتهاء العمل بالدستور دون عنف أو قوة و الدستور إما أن يكون مرنا أو جامدا و ذلك انطلاقا من الإجراءات و الشكليات المتبعة في تعديل أو إلغاء نصوصه و لا تنص الدساتير على طريقة انتهائها كلية إنما فقط تعديلها جزئيا أما الأسلوب الثوري لإنهاء الدستور يعني استخدام القوة أو العنف في إسقاط الدساتير و الدساتير لا تنص على هذا الأسلوب كوسيلة مشروعة لإنهاء الدستور كونه مخالفا للدستور و القانون و هو خارج نطاق الشرعية، و مع ذلك يعتبر هذا الأسلوب من أكثر الأساليب شيوعا لانقضاء الدساتير.
Abstract EN
The normal, natural method of the end of a constitution is the termination of the constitution without violence or force, and the constitution is either flexible or rigid, based on the procedures and formalities followed in amending or canceling its texts.
a constitution wouldn't come to an end entirely; it would be amended partially.
violence in overthrowing constitutions is not a legal way to end a constitution, since it violates law and constitution and against legitimate means of ending constitution.
