In the context of Nassef Nassar's intellectual endeavor to launch the second renaissance in the Arab world, this contemporary Arab philosopher calls for replacing the traditional society characterized by sectarianism, familialism, and tribalism with another society for which Nassar defined its essence, nature, and philosophical foundations.

Since then, Nassar had a deep concern that accompanied most of his works, which revealed to us the image of the "new society" and its face as a philosophical ideal that he presents to the Arab mind in general and the Lebanese in particular.

This study unveils this "new society" as Nassar comprehended it, by presenting his philosophical vision of the subject and its special identity that distinguishes it from other societies.
