Abstract EN

Studies and research concerned with studying, researching and diagnosing the obstacles facing the process of establishing a democratic political system in any country in the world, especially at the level of third world countries, are among the most prominent studies and research that show, explain and analyze the scientific and objective reasons underlying the failure or faltering of success.

Many of the democratic experiences that such countries have had, at the level of modern and contemporary history Since our dear country, Iraq, falls within the classification of these countries, today it faces real objective obstacles in the process of establishing the democratic political system, after the change in 2003, as these obstacles were divided into social obstacles, economic obstacles, political obstacles and cultural obstacles From here came the researcher’s attempt to research, study and diagnose the most prominent of those social obstacles, which were represented by the existence of the social system (tribal - clan) prevailing in Iraq, and the most prominent of those economic obstacles, which were represented by the existence of a unilateral rentier economic system in Iraq, and the most prominent of those political obstacles, which were represented by the weak role of the class Central in formulating and directing the political process in Iraq after 2003, and the most prominent of these cultural obstacles, which were represented by the existence of a narrow political culture or a political culture lurking in the complete absence of the existence of participating political culture, in a research titled (obstacles to the establishment of a democratic political system in Iraq after a year 2003), which included two main themes, the first came under the title (Social and Economic Obstacles to the Establishment of the Democratic Political System in Iraq after 2003) Which included two main themes, the first was entitled (Social and Economic Obstacles to the Establishment of the Democratic Political System in Iraq after 2003), and the second was entitled (Political and Cultural Obstacles to the Establishment of the Democratic Political System in Iraq after 2003).
