Development experiences vary around the world between the east and the west in many aspects due to the influence of the circumstances surrounding each country and the accompanying social and economic variables, the thing that has made countries, namely the developing ones, suffer from shortage in their developmental experiences; that is why the west countries should aid these countries in order to overcome obstacles and challenges via supporting them with the scientific expertise so as to able to provide the people of the society concerned with services in various sectors.

this research focuses on studying the developmental difference between the east and the west through three sections.

the first of which focuses on mentioning some of the experiences in the east and the west to know the existing developmental difference between them; the second one tackles the challenges that have led to this difference whether stemming from global environment or at the level of the eastern countries; the third section deals with strategic works which have a significant role in consolidating cooperation between countries in order to minimize the developmental difference between the east and the west via focusing on minimizing the social differences in social developmental fields and making economic reforms to raise the standard of living of the developing countries.
