Abstract EN

The upper reform clarifies moral and intellectual statements, and identifies human laws that form the basis of knowledge, within the framework of the movement of the individual and society through its organizing values of human relations in the field of justice and social security.

Reform is an essential pillar in the approach of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him), and his reform policy is the result of intertwined and intertwined factors and internal and external motives, but the Alawite reformist concepts remained immortal because of their moral content.

This research comes as a contribution from him in showing the leadership of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, in administrative reform, and his adoption of an approach closely related to social and developmental economics.

The problem of the supreme reformist vision is posed in Nahj al-Balagha by reading the indicators of administrative reform in it, due to its close connection with the social and developmental economy, to raise the effectiveness and profitability of the administration that does not depend.
