The importance of Islamic management and the need to pay attention to its origins, especially its ethical principles, which made researchers search for what is related to it; Successful management is one of the important factors in the development of Islamic civilization.

On the other hand, the heritage is of special importance because it is a model for the present, and is also considered a manifestation of the genius of the Islamic nation, and from that huge heritage that the Islamic nation inherited is the book Nahj al-Balagha, which contains high concepts and lofty teachings that follow the Quranic approach and the study of this heritage opens new horizons For the modern man and enable him to follow the right path.

In line with what was stated, this research aims to study the ethical principles that must be nurtured in management to achieve success and happiness, as seen by Imam Ali, and that this approach focused on descriptive and analytical research.

One of the most important results of this research is that the focus of the Imam’s interest in management is the person and how to preserve human dignity, and all these teachings and ethical indicators look at him and revolve around him, and the most important indicators are: justice, patience, good morals, honesty, humility, tolerance, kindness, and others.
