Imam Ali, peace be upon him, endeavored to lay the foundations and pillars of the civilized state, which is based on several important matters, including respect for human rights and respect for human humanity.

Management constitutes an organized society in which human relations are established and the collective spirit grows.

And when this administration moves it is as if the society has moved, and this view is in conflict with those who see that the administration consists of scattered human parts that adhere only to strict laws, such as bureaucracy.

Imam Ali laid the foundations of sound management and successful leadership.

Nahj al-Balaghah included a large number of these foundations, and in this research we tried to clarify some of the foundations upon which the administration is based, as we mentioned.

It is a set of qualities that mix together to have a good manager and good management, and these qualities are considered to be organization, as there is no management without organization and order, and when any lack of organization occurs chaos does.

Justice is the most prominent axis in the approach to the rule of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and the association of the name of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, with justice and its mixing with it reached a great extent, as the name of Ali became a title for justice, and the word justice became suggestive of the name (Ali), peace be upon him.
