هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاتجاهات الاجتماعية و الأكاديمية و الاقتصادية لدى الطلبة بجامعة سرت نحو التحاقهم بتخصص المحاسبة، من وجهة نظر طلبة قسم المحاسبة، اتبعت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة قسم المحاسبة بجامعة سرت، و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تصميم و إعداد إستبانة، و توزيعها على الطلبة، و البالغ عددهم (42) طالب.
استخدمت الدراسة البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) لإجراء الاختبارات اللازمة للتأكد من ملائمة بيانات الدراسة للتحليل الإحصائي و لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، و منها اختبار (T-Test) للعينة الواحدة، و بعد تحليل البيانات، أظهرت النتائج أنه توجد اتجاهات اجتماعية و أكاديمية و اقتصادية لدى طلبة قسم المحاسبة بجامعة سرت نحو التحاقهم بتخصص المحاسبة، و قد جاء الاتجاه الاقتصادي في الترتيب الأول لاتجاهات الطلبة، من حيث الأهمية النسبية و الاتجاه الاجتماعي في الترتيب الأخير.
و على ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة فيما يخص الاتجاه الاجتماعي زيادة تفعيل دور مهنة المحاسبة في المجتمع عن طريق القطاع العام و القطاع الخاص و نقابة المحاسبين و المراجعين الليبية، حتى توازي مهن الطب و الهندسة و القانون، أما في الاتجاه الأكاديمي، فعلي أقسام المحاسبة إعادة النظر في شروط القبول في تخصص المحاسبة و تفعيل دور التوجيه و الإرشاد الأكاديمي في الاقسام.
و فيما يخص الاتجاه الاقتصادي، فأوصت الدراسة بإعادة النظر في المقابل المالي لمزاولي مهنة المحاسبة سواء في القطاع العام أو القطاع الخاص.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the social, academic and economic trends of students at the University of Sirte towards their enrollment in the accounting major, from the point of view of the students of the accounting department.
A questionnaire, and distributed to the students, who numbered (42) students.
The study used the statistical program (SPSS) to conduct the necessary tests to ensure the suitability of the study data for statistical analysis and to test the hypotheses of the study, including the T-Test for one sample.
They joined the accounting major, and the economic trend came first in terms of students' trends, in terms of relative importance and the social trend in the last order.
In light of the results, the study recommended, with regard to the social trend, to increase the activation of the role of the accounting profession in society through the public sector, the private sector, and the Libyan accountants and auditors syndicate, so that they parallel the professions of medicine, engineering and law.
And activating the role of academic guidance and counseling in the departments.
With regard to the economic trend, the study recommended a review of the financial compensation for accountancy practitioners, whether in the public sector or the privatesector.
