Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the relationship between emotional avoidance and enjoyment of life among university students.

The researcher used two tools: the emotional avoidance scale (Molly 2020) and the life enjoyment scale.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built a scale of enjoyment of life according to (Beethoven 1996), where the researcher used the SPSS statistical program.

The researcher reached at the following results: • The students had a moderate degree of emotional avoidance.

• Students enjoy life.

• There is a correlation between emotional avoidance and life enjoyment.
