The current research paper aims at identifying the structure of counseling centered on the cognitive structure in modifying the irrational ideas that support to achieve the objectives of the current doubt among female high school students.

Research and to test its hypotheses, the experimental method was used by design For the purpose of (experimental group and control group with pre- and post-test).

transferring the objectives of the research into application, the researcher built a scale of irrational ideas supporting doubt, consisting of (35) paragraphs, and building an indicative program based on (the counseling centered on the cognitive structure) consisting of (10) sessions, two sessions per week, taking into account the scientific After applying the research tool to the steps to build each of the scale and program.

Research sample of (200) students and processing the data, the results showed the presence of irrational ideas that support high suspicion among a group of students, as The results showed that the counseling (10) students were selected for each group.

Program had an effect in modifying the irrational thoughts that support skepticism among the students.
