The jurists' belief in the flexibility of the Shari'a at a level that exceeds the horizons of all jurists pushes them to do their utmost to know the rulings of Allah, the All-Knowing, that transcend time, place and the horizon of man, no matter how developed he is.

Some jurists may understand some rulings more than others without being refuting others because the Shari'a is very broad and extremely flexible, and every jurist deduces from it according to his understanding and knowledge.

The great role of the theory of priority of memorization in developing jurisprudence by observing the provisions that are in harmony with reality on the basis of preserving the most important by giving it priority in the field of work over the important, and even if it will lead to our loss in the position of work for important provisions in our lives, but according to the Lord Almighty's we may miss out on those important interests, but for the sake of more important interests, or that we fall into some evils in order to spare us greater evils.

It appears through the idea of the priority of memorization to stand on the reality of the apparent rules and the difference between them and the real provisions on the part of their collection and legislation.
