It is anticipated that artificial intelligence will control several aspects of our modem life.

The smart cities, which are currently subjects to a long debate, may lead to pose several challenges confronting the judicial and legal institutions, arise from the developed technology to be used by persons, such as the problems associating with the determination of the law applicable on accidents of auto-driving cars, where a foreign element in the concerned legal relationship is exis'lent.

The problem takes a considerable significant when several aspects may overlap with each other in such a non-traditional relationship, and thus necessitates form the lawmaker and the courts to act in finding the law applicable on the disputes of auto-drive cars, with a view to maintain fairness.

This matter raises an urgent need to develop the law relating with this sort of accidents with the view to grant the court a leeway in settling the matter of the law applicable on the dispute concerned, and in area of giving the sound legal description therein.
