the most important indicators of development and advancement of modern societies are the inclusion of clear provisions in their constitutions to ensure women's enjoyment of these rights, in accordance with the constitutions of those countries, so we hare considered going into this research by dividing it into tow section of what is the political rights of women within tow requirements we address in the first demand the concept of political rights and the second demand the types of political rights of women, the second topic will be devoted to the statement of the legal basis for women's enjoyment of political rights and legal guarantees to protect them in the Iraqi constitution and comparative within the two demands that address the first requirement the legal basis for women's enjoyment of political rights and the second requirement to discuss the legal guarantees for the enjoyment of women's political rights, and finally concluded with a conclusion containing the most important findings and recommendations connection.
