Abstract EN

The international judicial system is characterized by many characteristics that justify its self-sufficiency and makes it free from comparison with the internal judicial systems; the will of states continues to play an important role in resorting to international judicial as well as its sovereignty, which has a clear role in the implantation of the judgments of the international courts.

The structure of the international judicial system is different from that existed in internal judicial systems such as tow-tier litigation, and therefore international judicial rulings are bound and final.

The study discusses the important issue of appealing international judicial rulings in terms of its concept, reasons and permissibility and opinions of jurists on this matter, in addition to what is stable in the international community and the mechanism of appeal against these, and the concerned court which may appeal before it.
