and, in essence, these principles should serve as a beacon for the judge in his judgment, and as an essential reference for the achievement of justice and, because of the importance of these principles, many States have enshrined them in their constitutions in old and modern times, as contained in the laws on the judiciary, The problem of looking at the question is what are the most important principles, what are their guarantees and what is their impact on the judge to achieve a fair trial and what were those principles in urban history in addition to the most important qualities to be found in the judge in order to achieve this.

Through this research, we will try to highlight the most important principles of modern times compared to urban history and demonstrate their impact on the achievement of a fair trial.
