Abstract EN

The research aims to highlight the impact of jurisprudence rules in improving the formulation of legal rules, and their impact on the sources of judgment for many of the laws of Arab countries, and to show the possibility of legal scholars benefiting from jurisprudential rules in developing their abilities in controlling the lawsuits and defenses.

additionally, the research aims to help in devising appropriate provisions for people’s disputes, and in how to apply them, practically.

this reflects the power of the judiciary and indicates the depth of the expertise of its men in the field of knowledge and practice.

therefore, jurists-in many Arab countries-were keen to benefit from these rules, and to include them, in their countries’ laws.

moreover, some countries have made them among the main sources of their laws, and they resorted to them in their interpretation of legal texts.
