This research aims to clarify the jurisprudential issues related to the interpretation of the goal of the wishes, to Al-Kurani through Surat Al-Nur and to clarify the relationship between Islamic jurisprudence and the main and secondary sources from which it is derived, such as the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and to identify the difference in jurisprudence issues, leading to the fruit of the dispute and thus it becomes clear to us the issue in all its aspects and included two sections, the first and included two demands: the first requirement: a clarification of the concept of jurisprudence, linguistically and idiomatically, and the second requirement: we specified the definition of the personal and scientific Imam Al-Kurani, and we mentioned in the second topic: jurisprudential issues in personal status, and it has two demands: the first: the ruling on marrying an adulteress, the second: the judge’s distinction between the two who are cursed.
