This research includes the provisions of al-Tajweed, in terms of being a Mandatory for every Muslim, and also presents the conditions of those who cannot apply these provisions, whether through neglect or inability, such as being injured and unable to pronounce the sounds of the letters as they are, and responding to those who say that intonation is not an assumption, citing the sayings of al-Tajweed scholars and jurists.
