Abstract EN

In this research, we dealt with the fundamentalist renewal of the scholar Abdullah bin Bayyah, and we mentioned that his renewal project showed major features in his writings, which we can divide into two parts: A section dominated by the theoretical aspect of this project, represented by three books, one of which is his book “Amali al-Dilalat wa Majali al-Dififaq”, the second is his book “Scenes from the Intentions”, and the third is his book “renewal thrills in fields of origins”.

A section of these works is dominated by the applied aspect of its fundamentalist renewal, and it is represented by several books, perhaps the most prominent of which are (alert the references to the rooting of Fiqh al-Waa’iq + Objectives of Transactions and observatories of realities + fatwa Industry and Fiqh of Minorities).

Sharia and the field of the Islamic state and the field of international relations and the field of economics and money and the industry of concepts, and some of them dealt with jurisprudence specific to a specific group, which is the Muslim minorities or communities in the countries of the West.

And we concluded the research with the issue of applying rulings to reality, according to Allama Bin Bayyah.

Because it is one of the most important subjects of ijtihad, because reality is a partner in deriving the rulings that are from the Qur’an, and the Sunnah, which is saying, deed, approval, and silence,” especially since all the existing changes oblige us to deal with a new reality.

Scientists today need a new reading of reality in the light of the Sharia, to remind us of the universals that represented the building blocks of deduction by linking the relationship between the universals and the particulars, and these are particles awaiting annexation to a whole or a new total conclusion from the interactions of time, the constraints of space and time, or to clarify the relationship of a whole that was cloudy or absent in the rubble.
