يتناول هذا البحث التعريف بالإمام الدارقطني وبيان مكانته العلمية بين علماء الجرح والتعديل، وذكر شيوخه وتلاميذه، وثناء العلماء عليه، ويتناول ً التعريف بكتابه العلل واهميته وطريقة تأليفه، ايضا وقد جاء البحث على قسمين: القسم الأول: التعريف بالإمام الدارقطني، والقسم الثاني: التعريف بكتاب العلل لإلمام الدارقطني.
ثم اتبعت ذلك بذكر المصادر والمراجع.
Abstract EN
This research deals with the definition of Imam Al-Daraqutni and the statement of his scientific status among the scholars of Al-Jarh and Al-Ta’deel.
He mentioned his sheikhs and disciples, and the scholars’ praise of him, and also deals with the definition of his book “aleilal”, its importance, and the method of its composition.
Then I followed that up by citing .the sources and references
