The jurisprudential opinions of Imam Abi Abdullah Al-Balkhi Al-Hanafi a comparative study.

studying the jurisprudence of this Imam through the opinions reported about him from what the Imams of jurisprudence mentioned about him does not necessarily mean all his jurisprudence، but this is what I was able to identify from what the sources of history have reported to us.

as for the reason for choosing to research: Imam Abi Abdullah al-Balkhi was not assigned to an independent study that would reveal his jurisprudence and show his status.

the first topic: the life of Imam Abi Abdul Balkhi، may God have mercy on him، was presented through what was mentioned in the books of biography and history.

the second topic: I dealt with the jurisprudential opinions of imam Abi Abdullah al-Balkhi، may God have mercy on him، and put him on issues.

in conclusion، I say: 1.

the scarcity of what was mentioned about him in his personal translation is not counted as lines with his high scientific standing 2.

through the issues that I mentioned، and the inference for him and for those who agreed with him، it was clear that the Imam، may God have mercy on him، infer for his opinion what is transmitted and reasonable.

the distribution of jurisprudential issues according to their few shows that he had knowledge and an opinion on most issues of jurisprudence.

his lack of questions is due to his piety.

most of the issues were related to acts of worship.
