Abstract EN

In this study, we tried to stop at a number of fundamental stations for the jurisprudence of virtual reality; to get him out of mere partial perceptions; let us put a set of identifiers, laws and methodological ratifications that control the paths of its partial branches, and transfer them from mere partial perceptions to the level of universal ratifications.

we made a set of comparisons that clarify the link between external and virtual existence; to clarify the aspects of the connection, to help us develop an appropriate jurisprudential adaptation of all its branches and developments.

this research came to answer a number of questions posed by reality.

the most important question is, are the developments in the virtual world worthy of individuals and independent study? or is it subordinate to the real or external reality and governed by its laws? we have used the philosophical approach to reveal the ambiguity of the concept and its breadth and comprehensiveness, and to explain what many of its branches and parts are, such as the difference between matter and image, tools for revealing the facts of things and others.
