إن مهمة الطبيب العدلي في جريمة الاغتصاب الواقعة على الأنثى تنحصر في توفير الأدلة المادية سواء في ذلك ما كان يتصل منها بإثبات حصول الجماع بنتائجه الفورية منها أو المتأخرة كتمزق الغشاء وتمزيق الطرق التناسلية ووجود المني وحصول العدوى الزهرية والحبل وما كان يتصل منها بإثبات حصول المقاومة ، ولا بد للطبيب الفاحص من أن يحيط بتفاصيل الظروف التي تم فيها الفعل الجنسي سواء عن طريق طالب الفحص أو عن طريق ما يمكن الحصول عليه من المجني عليها من معلومات وقد حاولنا تقسيم هذا البحث إلى ثلاث مباحث تحدثنا في الأول عن التعريف بالاغتصاب، وفي الثاني عن غشاء البكارة، وفي الثالث عن مهمة الطبيب العدلي في الكشف عن جريمة الاغتصاب.
وقد أنهينا البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
English Abstract
