this study aims to show the importance of human relations in Islam and how it established its foundations on firm foundations, human values and virtuous morals.

human relations in Islam call for the cohesion, affection and sympathy of the members of society, in a way that creates the appropriate environment for human activity, and raises the efficiency and stability in the institution.

the research concluded that the principles of human relations advocated by modern administrations have practical applications in the prophet’s biography, which can be used in school administration.
