It is a well known fact that the notion of crisis has been seen to characterize the life of modern man in its manifold manifestations, whether spiritual, social, moral or economic.

and this is usually explained by reference to the concept of "crisis of consciousness".

and due to the importance of consciousness, we see many philosophers and scientists take an interest in it in order to find out how far consciousness is accountable for the multiple aspects of crisis mentioned above.

as this is so important, i tried on my part to delve into it in an attempt to explain and clarify it.
