This study aims at identifying the Dr.

Said Hasan Bahiri's efforts, since he's pioneer researcher, in the Arab world, in the field of the linguistic textual research, in terms of writing and translation, considering his way of using, processing and translating the linguistic textual term through tracking the main linguistic textual terms' samples included within his books, which are concerned with this field, like: text linguistics, cohesion, coherence, intention, intertextuality.

he addressed them conceptually and structurally with demonstrating the extent of investing the predecessors' terminologies and differentiation between them or the extent of individuality with his own terms, for the sake of maintaining them and showing their value in the modern linguistic lesson, in general, and textual linguistics, in particular, thus, this paper aims to address the following questions: what are the unique structural and conceptual features of the textual linguistic terms presented in this books? furthermore, how significantly have they influenced the development of the Arabic textual linguistic term? the results have shown that he often adopted the predecessors' terms with creating new ones in which he contravened those of his predecessors.
