This paper aims to identify the difficulties that face both the teacher and the learner and the cognitive material, which hinder effective communication between the parties to the educational process, and prevent the acquisition of linguistic and communicative competencies.

what are the most important obstacles to the educational process through its three poles? to answer these questions, the obstacles were examined in the field through a questionnaire directed to teachers of the fifth year of primary school across the country.

through its analysis, a set of results was concluded, the most important of which are: poor training of teachers according to modern methods, lack of focus on communicative language teaching, and poor training of learners in previous years affects their acquisition of linguistic and communicative competencies in this final year, in addition to the difficulty, intensity and length of the curriculum, and other results revealed to us by the field study.
