This study aims to identify the role and importance of artificial intelligence in achieving economic development and its impact on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To answer the presented problem, we used the descriptive and analytical approach to describe and explain the phenomenon under study.

The study concluded that employing artificial intelligence applications in economic fields contributes significantly to its development.

To achieve significant gains, a clear strategy must be adopted for the successful application of artificial intelligence.
