the final decision was handed over to a different constitutionally independent body instead of limiting the issue of immunity previously to the vote of members of parliament, which is contrary to real transparency.

the constitutional court has the strictness and seriousness of the decision to lift immunity, whether or not it is mandatory for all authorities and not to accept an appeal before the judiciary.
