Abstract EN

The current study aims to know the real role that the professor plays through the duality of (production-transfer) of knowledge, and this is through what has emerged from the current period, as well as the development that the world is witnessing today through the great momentum and huge amount of knowledge, which has become a resource.

inspiration for major countries.

in our study, we used this descriptive approach, which is concerned with revealing the facts of the studied phenomenon, using a random sample consisting of 40 professors from the faculty of humanities and social sciences at the university of Ouargla, by raising the general question about the role of the professor through the duality (production-transmission).

we concluded a number of results, perhaps the most important of which is the necessity of adapting the role of the professor according to the developments taking place, especially in the field of means of communication.
