The constitutional founder, specifically in light of the recent constitutional amendment of 2020, enshrined for the first time the issue of constitutional interpretation as an inherent jurisdiction of the constitutional court in accordance with article 192 / 2, which states: “the constitutional court may be notified by the authorities specified in article 193 below, regarding disputes that may occur between the authorities” these bodies can notify the constitutional court about the interpretation of one or more constitutional provisions, and the constitutional court expresses an opinion thereon, with the aim of removing ambiguity that may mar the constitutional texts and which may negatively affect their proper application and thus the principle of their supremacy.
