Abstract EN

The tourism sector is one of the foundations of building and advancing the national economy.

the kingdom of Saudi Arabia is replete with huge, diverse, and diverse tourism components to create true tourism.

therefore, tourism development has become an inevitable necessity to reveal tourism qualifications, civilizations, and cultural identity, and to highlight their value and importance in contributing to the diversification of the national economy, providing employment separation, increasing the level of income, and making it a global tourism pole and the first destination for tourists in the Arab and international world.

the study aims to clarify the preventive policy of the Saudi regulator in providing the necessary services in the tourism sector and tourists, providers of tourism activities, obtaining the necessary licenses and permits, investment, benefiting from human resources and e-tourism, and providing data and statistics related to the tourism sector in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

in addition to learning about the Saudi regulator’s policy in protecting the reputation of the kingdom’s domestic tourism, prohibiting its abuse, managing risks and crises, and imposing the prescribed penalties for violating the provisions of the system.

the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method in its inductive method by the Saudi system.

the study concludes with several findings and recommendations.
