Algeria, like most countries in the world, has known the establishment of national human rights institutions, through a cumulative course of experience that spanned decades.

in this study, we try to know this path and these developments, and we single out in this study institutions with legal or constitutional authority, that is, those that try to take the Paris principles, which it is reflected in the advisory committee on human rights and then the national council for human rights.
