The Algerian legislator provided the competition council with broad power saimed at maintaining the market’s balance and competitive position, to this end, the competition council automatically intervenes by means of a self-notification technique or after being notified by the legally determined parties conceptual and practical aspects or contentious notification, where has the legal texts governing the latter been exposed, and some decisions of the competition council to inform how the notification has been conducted and addressed by the competition council and to detect the short comings recorded in this context.
