this is what the Algerian legislator has enshrined in his legal system, similar to the rest of the world’s legislators, and this is in order to preserve the aesthetics of the city or the beauty of cities and their waters, as a result of the urban chaos and environmental pollution that our cities have become, in addition to their loss of their aesthetics, and from it it has become necessary to preserve the aesthetics of our cities to improve its image is national and international.
