Abstract EN

The study aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale(CAAS) in the Moroccan educational context.

After passing the scale to 290 male and female students at Sultan Moulay Slimane University in Beni Mellal, an exploratory factor analysis was completed to assess the nature of the factorial construction of the scale in its Moroccan form, consisting of 12 items distributed over the four dimensions of the original scale: concern, control, curiosity, and confidence.

The results showed that the Moroccan version of the scale has psychometric properties appropriate to measure the aptitude for vocational adaptation among university students, which makes it a suitable tool for use in professional practice in the field of school and vocational and university guidance.
