Mathematics has imposed itself as a basic subject within the curricula in all educational systems in the countries of the world due to the close connection between it and cultural and social phenomena, and also because mathematical knowledge and skills are considered essential tools in the development of the global economy and the prosperity of societies.

Hence, the relationship between mathematics and the real world represented the essence of the term modeling.

Mathematical, which arose according to Pollak, 2011)) from the field of mathematics and entered into most branches of applied science, including humanity, and based on the importance of this educational term, the current research aimed to verify the concept of mathematical modeling in the mathematics curricula for the eleventh grade in the Sultanate of Oman using the descriptive approach The analytical represented in the analysis of the curricula to show the extent to which these curricula include the term mathematical modeling.

The results showed the classification of 42 mathematical modeling issues in (pure and applied) mathematics books for the eleventh grade in post-basic education,(34) modeling issues in the Applied Mathematics book and (9) Modeling problems in pure mathematics textbook.
