This study sheds light on the sale of real estate that is still in the architectural design phase, whether it has been initiated and remains incomplete or construction has not yet begun.

It aims to understand the significance of selling property on the map, its characteristics, what sets it apart from other types of sales, as well as the components and stages of its formation.

The study also examines the consequences of selling real estate on the map, particularly the commitments of property developers and buyers.

It clarifies the relationship between the developer and administrative authorities, such as financial guarantees in the sale contract on the map.

Additionally, it discusses the legal relationship between the developer and the administrative entity and the penalties incurred by the developer in case of violations.

The study concludes with a summary of some of the findings derived from this research and provides some suggestions on the topic.
