Abstract EN

This study examines the press attitudes of columnists in Al-Zaman newspaper when Mosul was occupied by ISIS militants.

the study tries to find out what was circulated of these events according to their importance from the point of view of the book.

this study consists of three axes, the first relates to the methodological framework in terms of identifying the research problem and objectives, and the method used, as the study used the historical method plus analysis of the content to obtain the required data and also included, theoretical input to the conductor based on the historical method.

in order to conduct a content analysis of press columns in the newspaper Al-Zaman, the study reached a number of positions and the results of the study by emptying the tables and processing them using the percentage and a statement of repetitions that showed what was circulated in that historical era by the book.
