Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the level of leadership behavior among students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Sulaymaniyah participating in the scout camp, and a comparison between the traveling students and the female guides participating in the scout camp.

The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey and correlative styles for their suitability to the nature of the current study.

The research population consisted of (658) male and female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the Departments of Physical Education and Basic Education at the University of Sulaymaniyah.

The researchers concluded that the preparation and application of the leadership behavior scale consisted of six dimensions (guiding behavior, social appreciation behavior, motivational behavior, participation and consultation behavior, healthy behavior, ethical behavior) including (42) items, and the roving students obtained a very good level of social appreciation behavior and ranked The first among the leadership behaviors, and the female students obtained the evidence, a very good level of ethical behavior, and the first place among the leadership behaviors.

The female students who did not participate in the scout camp achieved a very good level of healthy behavior and the first among the leadership behaviors.
