In the era of mega-restructuring that contemporary societies are going through, universities are becoming "open-sky" laboratories.
alongside their noble mission of creating knowledge, we invite these organisations to interconnect with the economic sphere linking the local to the international.
this level calls upon the student to anchor his territory but also to acquire the status of citizen of the world in this context of glocalization, which is binding and bringing opportunities.
those challenges caught universities between declarations of intent and a complex and complicated reality involving all stakeholders.
the global society expect universities to procreate an elite provider of innovation and development through review/evaluation circles.
this reflective process will guide to evaluate to evolve through moments of pause, review and reflection.
this article questions a highlight of the university course: the end of training project (ETP).
a survey carried out in 2017 and other informal ones enriching it, allowed us to question several promotions of students who often arrive lost when registering for the etp.
to clarify them, we question a specific technical tool portfolio "ante-RTP" and this after a conceptual and theoretical framing.

A l'ère des méga-restructurations que vivent les sociétés contemporaines, les universités deviennent des laboratoires à «ciels ouverts».
outre leur noble mission de création du savoir, elles sont invitées plus que jamais à s'interconnecter à la sphère économique liant le local à l'international.
l'étudiant est appelé à être ancré à son territoire mais aussi à acquérir le statut de citoyen du monde en ce contexte de glocalisation contraignant et porteur d'opportunités.
les universités sont prises entre les déclarations d'intention et une réalité complexe et compliquée interpelant toutes les parties prenantes.
on attend de l'université de procréer une élite pourvoyeuse d'innovation et de développement via des cercles de bilan / évaluation.
ce processus réflexif guidera à évaluer pour évoluer à travers des moments de pause, de mise à plat et de réflexion.
cet article interroge un moment fort du cursus universitaire : le projet de fin de formation (pfe).
une enquête menée en 2017 et d'autres informelles venant l'enrichir, nous ont permis d'interroger plusieurs promotions d'étudiants qui arrivent souvent perdus au moment de l'inscription du pfe.
pour les éclaircir, nous interrogeons un outil technique spécifique portfolio «ante-pfe » et ce après un cadrage conceptuel et théorique.
