Abstract EN

This research entitled Qias (analogy) of Imam Malik: Applied Examples from the Book of Muatta' aims to clarify the stance of Imam Malik towards practicing Qias through mentioning some of the applied examples which confirm this.

There are also a large number of his sayings and opinions in the Book of Muatta' which are based on the evidence of Qias.

These selected examples may confirm this and make the researchers face a big challenge in deducing the topics of Imam Malik which he founded on Qias through his Muatta' by collecting and studying it.

There are many important results are as follows: Qias emerges as a piece of evidence for Imam Malik and his work in Muatta' focuses on his understanding (Fiqh).

Qias (analogy) is one of the fundamentals upon which Imam Malik founded his Fiqh.

Imam Malik's Muatta' contained a lot of opinions which he based on the principle of and fundamentals.

The research came up with the following recommendations: It is necessary to continue with the scientific research into the books of the four Imams regarding Fiqh and Sunnah to develop the faculty of Fiqh authentication according to the Fiqh and fundamental rules.

It also gives the researches and students insight of the stance of four Imams towards evidence regarding representation and rooting.
