Wasit governorate has been chosen to establish the industrial investment project in it, with a study of all the available potentials, such as its geographical location in southern Iraq, which amounts to 20% of the total area of Iraq, which is about 438,137 km 2.

Wasit governorate surrounds (6) governorates separated by (6) districts, in addition to the capabilities the mankind is available from all the technical and administrative specialties, trained in addition to that the availability of raw materials such as iron scrap (scrap), where the company stores about 100 thousand tons, as well as iron ore about 400 thousand tons, with the advancement of transportation means, transportation is important in the development of the economy, and the availability of manpower, nevertheless, Wasit governorate faces many problems.

by relying on commercial profitability criteria that clarify the positive profitability of the project, it was found that the investor is able to recover his money within a period of time estimated (6,917) of the estimated useful life of 10 years using the standard of the payback period and is considered a good indicator for the project, as for the standard internal rate of return, it achieved a high percentage (10.5) more than the cost of capital, and the net present value achieved an amount of (21,032,845,809) Iraqi dinars, while the profitability index standard encouraged the fact that it achieved a percentage of (1,184) on the capital invested for the project
