يعتبر مشروع الكفيل للدواجن والمفاقس الحديثة التابع للعتبة العباسية المقدسة في العراق دعما للمنتوج المحلي وتشغيلا للأيدي العاملة العراقية، ويؤدي المشروع دورا كبيرا في تحقيق التوازن الاقتصادي وتوفير المنتجات المحلية وكذلك يساهم في معالجة الفجوة الغذائية من خلال ما يوفره من منتجات مختلفة.
لذلك يعتبر تقييم نشاط هذا المشروع الحيوي اقتصاديا يعتبر من الأمور الضرورية لمعرفة مدى تحقيق الأهداف التي أقيم المشروع على أساسها.
ويعد تقييم كفاءة الأداء الاقتصادي والمالي من الأدوات والأساليب الضرورية والمهمة التي تساهم في جمع البيانات وتحليلها وتفسيرها بالشكل الذي يهيئ للمشروع معرفة نقاط قوته ومكامن الضعف، كما وتعتبر عملية تقييم كفاءة الأداء أحد أدوات الرقابة الإدارية الفاعلة والتي يتم من خلالها مقارنة الداء الفعلي بما هو مخطط.
Abstract EN
The al-Kafeel project for modern poultry and hatcheries in Iraq of the Abbasid holy shrine in Iraq is considered in support of the local product and the employment of Iraqi manpower and the project plays a major role in achieving economic balance and providing local products as well as contributing to addressing the food gap through the various products it provides.
therefore the evaluation of the activity of this economically vital project is considered one of the necessary matters to know the extent to which the objectives on which the project was established are achieved.
the evaluation of the economic and financial performance is one of the necessary and important tools and methods that contribute to collecting analyzing and interpreting data in a manner that prepares the project to know its strengths and weaknesses.
